China unveils full land, sea and air nuclear triad for first time, weaponized ā€˜robot wolves’ at largest-ever military parade.

Chinese President Xi JinpingĀ stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Russian strongman Vladimir Putin and North Korean heavyweight Kim Jong Un Wednesday as they took in a massive parade of China’s high-tech weapons — the communist nation’s largest ever show of force, which was meant as a clear challenge to the West.Ā The arsenal inĀ Beijing’s Tianament square included the first time China has showed off its nuclear triad — world-destroying weapons capable of launching for the land, the sea or the air. China also boasted truck-mounted lasers, underwater AI drones and ā€œrobot wolves.ā€

Xi had gathered the world’s despots in China as part of a show of strength and a clear message of deterrence against the United States. It is also a threat to democratic Taiwan, which Beijing sees as a renegade province.

Xi earlier in the week revealed his vision of a new world order at a regional security summit where he called for unity against global ā€œhegemonism and power politicsā€ — a dig at the United States and President Trump’s sweeping tariffs, which have strained long-standing alliances.
