Nas took to Instagram on Thursday to share the newly released promo for the 2019 NBA Playoffs, which pays tribute to Nipsey Hussle, who was close friends with various NBA stars and a true lover of the game.
Nas voiced the ad, which features Nipsey’s “Grinding All My Life” from 2018’s Victory Lap. The video also featured 76ers’ Jimmy Butler wearing a custom “Hussle” jersey, and Russell Westbrook dedicating his historic 20-20-20 game to Nipsey. At the end of the video, Nas can be heard saying, “Rest in Peace Nipsey.”
