Johnson & Johnson Single-Shot Vaccine, Becomes 3rd Vaccine Approved by FDA

The FDA has officially given emergency use approval for Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine only requires a single shot, unlike vaccines by Moderna and Pfizer which require two shots a few weeks apart.  Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine can also be stored in regular refrigerators as opposed to specialized freezers that the other two vaccines require.
