News surfaced noting that Nelly’s $2.2 million mansion in Wildwood, Missouri, is up for sale, at $599,000.
It was also noted that the mansion currently has a pending offer. In a video that surfaced showing the inside of the mansion, it highlighted all the different areas inside the mansion, along with what was needed to complete the home. The mansion was reportedly built in 1998 and sits on 12 acres of land. The mansion has six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and is currently in need of much renovation, which is why the home was listed under market value.
