Recently, Elon Musk took to Twitter and revealed that Twitter was being rebranded to “X.”
The Tesla head said the name change was to “embody the imperfections in us all that make us unique.” He also fired off another tweet saying, “And soon we shall bid adieu to the Twitter brand and, gradually, all the birds.” He then said if “a good enough X logo is posted tonight, we’ll make it go live worldwide tomorrow. Musk also noted that the website address x.com was redirecting users to Twitter. According to NBC, Musk changed the name of Twitter Inc. to X Corp in April 2023.
