The 30-year-old reggaeton artist spoke about his pre-show jitters during a recent Apple Music interview.

Bad Bunny sat with Apple Music hosts Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden at Feb. 5’s Super Bowl LX Halftime Show press conference. The global superstar shared insight into the cultural moment and creative vision behind one of the most anticipated and debated halftime performances in NFL history. Bad Bunny is introduced during the Super Bowl LX Pregame & Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Press Conference at Moscone Center West on Feb. 5, 2026 in San Francisco, California.

Bad Bunny even insisted it was more important that fans watching on Sunday tap into their dancing lessons, rather than learn Spanish. When he was announced as the headliner last fall, the star teased his fans during his Saturday Night Live monologue, telling them they had four months to learn Spanish before his performance at the Super Bowl. “It’s better if they learn to dance,” Bad Bunny told Apple Music’s Ebro Darden and Zane Lowe. Throughout the press conference, Bad Bunny emphasized how grateful he is to get the opportunity to bring his historic album Debi Tirar Mas Fotos to the national stage.

Bad Bunny’s performance will air live on NBC and Peacock this Sunday (February 8) during Super Bowl LX, featuring the Seattle Seahawks vs. New England Patriots matchup.
