TMZ has obtained court documents filed by Erica Herman, Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, who laid out the shady way he allegedly broke up with her and locked her out of the home she had lived with him for six years.

In the documents, Herman claims that she lived in Tiger’s Hobe Sound, FL home for six years rent-free while providing “valuable services” for Tiger.  However, last fall, Erica claims that Tiger’s team convinced her to pack a suitcase for a short trip without Tiger.

When she got to the airport, Erica claims she was told she was “locked out” out of the home, and she couldn’t go back. Erica also claims that Tiger’s lawyer was present at the airport to offer to settle any outstanding issues between her and Tiger. Erica also claims that $40,000 in cash was taken from Tiger’s home, and his team accused her of acquiring the money under shady circumstances

Erica is suing Tiger’s trust, which is the titleholder of his home, for $30 million. Erica claims that she and Tiger had an “oral tenancy agreement” that would allow her to live in the home for five years after they broke up. Tiger’s team denied Erica’s claims, as they stated she was only living with Tiger as his girlfriend, and when they broke up, she was no longer welcome to live there.Â
