Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick made waves with his comments back in March imploring the country to remain open despite the potential health risks as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Texas, along with a number of other states are reopening their respective economies to stave off the impending financial collapse. “I’m thankful that we are now beginning to open up Texas and other states because it’s long overdue,” adding, “Every month we stay closed, it’s going to take two to three months to rebuild.”
