Morgan was charged with one felony countĀ ofĀ false imprisonment of an elder or dependent adult, three felony counts of grant theft of more than $100,000 from an elder or dependent adult and one misdemeanor count of abuse of an elder or dependentĀ adult. HeĀ wasĀ jailed in Arizona and bail wasĀ set at $300,000.
