The Academy Awards audience went crazy when Samuel L. Jackson announced that his frequent collaborator Spike Lee finally won his first Oscar for best adapted screenplay on BlacKkKlansman.
Spike jumped on Samuel’s arms as he took the stage to accept his award. Lee had been previously nominated five times for Academy Awards.
