Snoop Dogg Drops 32-Track Gospel Album

Snoop Dogg is known for being open to trying new things and has reinvented himself at many junctures throughout his career.

He gave fans the reggae-inspired Reincarnated album as Snoop Lion as well as the disco-funk album Bush in 2015. The latest out-of-the-box move for Snoop is a 32-track gospel album titled, Snoop Dogg Presents: Bible of Love. The album has some major features from Faith Evans, Mary Mary, Charlie Wilson, and Patti LaBelle among many others.

Snoop announced that he would be putting out a gospel album last year on Beats 1 Radio. He said that the desire to create a gospel album was always there but, “I just never got around to it because I always be doing gangsta business or doing this or doing that, […] I just felt like it’s been on my heart too long. I need to do it now.”
