The Pope allegedly was moving through his day-to-day tasks without wearing a mask, which caused much concern for his health.

Now, news surfaced noting the Pope is reportedly gearing up to take the COVID-19 vaccine. In an interview set to air on Sunday, the Pope noted that the Vatican’s vaccine rollout is happening this upcoming week, and he’s scheduled for a shot. When speaking on the vaccine, Pope Francis said “ethically everyone should receive the vaccine.” Along with that, he said people who didn’t want to take the vaccine when it was confirmed to be safe were moving with a “suicidal denialism.”

He then noted that people were putting other folks’ health at risk along with their own lives if they didn’t take the vaccine. It was noted that once the Pope is vaccinated, he will be back to traveling, as he is scheduled to visit Iraq in early March 2021.
