NYCHA Housing Not Prepped for COVID-19, Described as “Ticking Time Bomb”

Michael Kambe the founder of the Bronx Documentary Center recently took a look at the effect the coronavirus will have on NYC public housing, and why NYC public housing is unprepared for the impact of COVID-19.

Residents in one of NYCHA’s buildings in the South Bronx told Kamber that despite what the CEO is saying, there actually has been less cleaning going on in the previous days. It was then said that if coronavirus was to take off in a public housing building, it would be like a “bomb going off.”
