Nick Cannon recently apologized for comments he made during a podcast where he was speaking with Professor Griff.

The comments were perceived as anti-Semitic and caused ViacomCBS to fire Cannon for “hateful speech.” Since then, Cannon revealed he faced backlash for apologizing, something he noted had him thinking suicidal thoughts. Now, Master P has chimed in with his opinion on the situation and doesn’t believe Cannon should have apologized. While speaking to TMZ, Master P was asked about the backlash and fallout as a result of Cannon’s comments. Master P said, “It’s time to own something now,” and noted if he owned his show, he wouldn’t have to censor his thoughts.
