Louis Vuitton paid tribute to the famed designer by unveiling his last collection for the fashion house, where he served as creative director for three years.
It was revealed in a statement that Abloh, 41, lost his private two-year battle with cardiac angiosarcoma, a rare aggressive form of cancer. During the Spring/Summer 2022 men’s collection presentation, titled “Virgil Was Here,” a multi-colored statue of Abloh was revealed to the celebrity-packed crowd in Miami.  Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Bella Hadid, and Pharrell could be sitting front row, as Kid Cudi, Quavo and Offset walked the runway.
