She has attributed her weight loss to a disciplined regime of calorie deficit, a high-protein diet, and strength training.

Lizzo firmly denied speculation that she used GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, with her trainer backing her assertion that her progress was the result of sheer hard work. A shift in her diet also played a crucial role.
