This was confirmed in discussions by James’ production company with Netflix. While the series “Quarterback” featured quarterbacks at different levels, the NBA series lacks such clear distinctions, with James standing out as a standout figure. Peyton Manning, involved in the production, expressed challenges in securing featured players for the NFL series in a previous interview.
