According to reports, the Los Angeles Clippers could have their franchise player Kawhi Leonard back on the floor this year after sources told Yahoo Sports’ Chris Haynes that he is “ahead of schedule” on his rehab.
Leonard has been sidelined with a torn ACL suffered in the 2021 playoffs against the Utah Jazz. But after ramping up his workouts and workload, the Clippers are optimistic that he will play in the near future. The Clippers are currently trying to stay afloat as Leonard gears up to make his season debut in addition to his co-star, Paul George, nursing an elbow injury.
