Kanye West’s 2022 has found him facing a lot of different issues, as the rapper faced backlash for anti-semitic comments, resulting in numerous brands dropping the rapper and clothing designer.
The events mentioned reportedly dropped West down from his status as a billionaire. However, that hasn’t stopped the rapper from pushing toward a new endeavor: to become President of the United States. Recently, West sat down and spoke about meeting with Donald Trump at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The rapper claims that when he visited Trump, he asked him “to be my running mate in 2024.” In one of the many “#YE24” videos the rapper shared related to his campaign, he continued speaking about the encounter with Trump.Â
