In Australia, boxing kangaroos often live up to their namesake with legendary one-on-one battles that have become a legendary brand of primitive entertainment, for human onlookers, all over the country.

An Australian man named Julian Doak recently took a stroll through the Mount Taylor Nature Reserve in Canberra’s south on the north-eastern edge of Kambah (AU) when he stumbled across a pair of boxing kangaroos embroiled in the heat of a physical exchange in the middle of the road. So, he pulled his camera out and began to film the scuffle. After the two kangaroos threw a bevy of punches, they began to grapple for position. As they clutched one another, the duo spun around until one of the kangaroos managed to shove the other through a metal fence. The robust maneuver caused a loud crashing sound before the victor stood over the broken barricade and watched his foe take the fall. All of this occurred while Julian Doak stood idly by, filming from a short distance away.
