Juvenile spoke about the violence he witnessed growing up in New Orleans, and he added that his grandmother lived on one of the worst blocks in the city.
Juvenile went on to detail feeling the need to protect himself, and he added that it was “easy to go the wrong route” in his neighbourhood. Juvenile came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started out speaking about growing up in the Magnolia projects with his mother and also living in the Melpomene projects with his grandmother. Juvenile explained that he witnessed a lot of violence at a young age, which led him to feel like he needed to protect himself.
