For the fourth season of HBO’s The Shop, LeBron James and Maverick Carter are hosting Jay-Z, among a host of other high-profile entertainers and artists.
In the promo clip for the new season and the premiere episode with Hov, he recounts forgetting his lyrics while performing live. The comment came in response to LeBron asking whether musical artists “zone out” during their live performances. “In the beginning, I used to get on the stage and just forget all my lyrics,” said Jay.
The new episode is slated to premiere on May 28 and, in addition to Jay-Z, features Bad Bunny, Nneka Ogwumike, and Paul Rivera.
