Irv Gotti raised more than a few eyebrows with some of the things he remarked on during his latest appearance on Drink Champs.
Among the viral soundbites clipped from the interview was Irv’s assertion that Roc-A-Fella Records was entirely Jay-Z and Dame Dash was merely “along for the ride.” Despite receiving pushback from DJ EFN, Irv didn’t seem to move off his position at all. He talked about Hov being the one who picked the beats, wrote the songs, etc. which completely minimized Dame’s contribution to their collective success.
