Around the 8:25 mark, Gucci Mane explained that he learned a lot about how federal cases work when he was experiencing it, and he added that he learned a lot about “the power of snitching.” He said that people “either plead guilty or tell,” and he pointed out that with a 98% conviction rate, people don’t try and fight their trial. Gucci went on to speak about paid informants being in the rap game and trying to teach people the game in his songs because he felt like he couldn’t come out and say it in interviews.
