E-40 Has Grambling State University Studio Named After Him Following $100K Donation

E-40 showed much love to his alma mater Grambling State University, as the rapper donated $100,000 to the music department for upgrades.

In a ceremony for the donation, the music department chair and director of the bands spoke about the rapper during the ceremony. The Oakland rapper attended GSU in 1986, and the donation marks him giving back to the place where he once learned. However, the university had a surprise for 40, as they named the studio after him.
