Drake is making big real estate moves in L.A., according to TMZ. The rapper is selling his 3-home compound in Hidden Hills, which is spread across 6.7 acres on a cul-de-sac.
One of the homes is Drake’s famed “Yolo Estate,” which features luxurious amenities like a wine cellar, a tasting room, and a theater that seats 25 people. The mansion is 12,500 square feet, and it also features a resort-style outdoor area with a swimming pool, swim-up bar, 80-foot long rock waterslide, spa grotto, and waterfalls. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a horse stable, and an equestrian ring. This home is for sale for $14.8 million on its own. Amid Drake selling his compound, he has reportedly bought a huge estate from British superstar singer Robbie Williams in a private, off-market deal. According to reports, the nearly 20-acre, 25,000 square feet Beverly Hills estate was being privately shopped around for $85 million. A final sale price for the property won’t be released publicly until the deal is closed.
