Drake recently held shows at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem and featured numerous guests like The Diplomats, Lil Uzi Vert, and 21 Savage.
This past Sunday night, Drake was preparing to bring out 21 Savage to perform songs from their collaborative album ‘Her Loss,’ when it was revealed that a fan fell from the balcony. While the beginning of “Rich Flex” started to play, a fan in the middle section of the balcony was seen falling and hitting one of the light fixtures on the way down.
Drake and 21 Savage began to peer into the crowd to see what was happening after fans screamed to him that someone was hurt. The rapper then addressed the crowd, saying he needed to ensure the person who fell was good before they started the show again. Following the fall, the fan was taken out of the venue to get medical help while another staff member at the Apollo worked on the fallen light fixture. After the pause, Drake and 21 Savage took the stage once more.
