Following Jess’ comments about Master P, DJ Envy gave his take on the lack of getting paid on the backend within the entertainment industry. At the 5:15 mark of the clip, DJ Envy revealed that Irv Gotti owes him $10,000 for a record they worked on. Envy said it’s a part of the game to give people their front end of the money and not the backend before saying, “[Irv Gotti] definitely owes me 10 grand.”
