UFC star Conor McGregor won’t be pursuing a baseball career anytime soon if his first pitch at a Chicago Cubs game is any indication of his abilities.

McGregor opted to toss the first pitch in a full suit which couldn’t have helped. But the Irishman’s throw wasn’t even close to the intended target, Cubs’ infielder Patrick Wisdom. While it may be hyperbolic to proclaim this pitch the worst of its kind, it’s certainly in conversation with the worst first pitches, including 50 Cent’s debacle at Citi Field in 2014 and more recently with Dr. Anthony Fauci’s outside toss in the 2020 season opener.
