While he hasn’t been in office for a full year yet, President Joe Biden is already eyeing a 2024 reelection run.
During his first formal press conference since assuming the White House, the 78-year-old said he plans to run for reelection. Biden is already the oldest president in the country’s history but said age isn’t going to be a deterrent. Many believed Biden was keeping the seat warm for VP Kamala Harris but he noted that he expects her to be his running mate in 2024. “She’s doing a great job. She’s a great partner.”
