93-Year-Old Man Shoots Apartment Manager Over Water Damage in Unit

A 93-year-old man was allegedly fed up with water damage that occurred in his apartment, so he pulled up on the apartment manager.

According to video footage, the elderly man pulled out a chair so the apartment manager could sit down, then from there he pulled out a gun and shot the manager twice at point-blank range. Reports noted the 93-year-old is facing an attempted murder charge, and the manager’s injuries are not life-threatening.
