His most recent purchase is reportedly a state-of-the-art mansion in Encino, California, a wealthy neighborhood nearby Tarzana and Calabasas. For the two-story, four-bedroom suite, the Pittsburgh emcee was said to have paid $3.4 million, which has been reported as a great deal considering all the estate’s amenities. Some of those advanced features are floating stairs, a theater, a 100-bottle wine bar, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, a master suite with its own fireplace, in addition to a waterfall island.
Furthermore, it’s important to note that the estate is also a smart home, equipped with a built-in alarm and 4 exterior cameras. Those safety measures seem to be of particular importance, keeping in mind the number of burglaries that have occurred in recent months in the surrounding LA area.
