Previously, Martin Lawrence suggested that Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars in 2022 wouldn’t prevent another iteration of their iconic ‘Bad Boys’ movies from being made.

Lawrence went on to say, “We got at least one more.” Now, Lawrence and Will Smith have taken to social media to officially confirm another ‘Bad Boys’ film is on the way. Via Instagram, Will Smith took a camera and filmed the announcement, showing himself driving to Lawrence’s home. From there, Smith teased an announcement before knocking on Lawrence’s door. When Lawrence answered, he immediately said, “it’s about that time?” before they confirmed another ‘Bad Boys’ was on the way. According to Variety, the sequel is currently untitled and is in pre-production. Â
