According to reports, Donald Trump is already planning for life after office and is considering a reboot of The Apprentice as part of post-White House plans.

In a report from The Daily Beast, sources close to the president say he has “mentioned to confidants that he’s thinking about resurrecting The Apprentice or The Celebrity Apprentice.” According to the sources, Trump has asked close confidants, “How would you like to see The Apprentice come back?” or “Remember The Apprentice?”

This isn’t the first time the president has considered going back to the reality TV sphere since being in office. Last year, reports surfaced about meeting with The Apprentice creator Mark Burnett and Trump, which were characterized as a brainstorming session where the two were “pitching each other details on potential TV projects” for Trump’s time after office. One of the reported ideas the two thought was promising would be a politics-themed show called The Apprentice: White House.
