Buju Banton has been releasing musicĀ since his release from prison in 2018. Now, the star revealed that he partnered up with Roc Nation.
The news comes with the release of a video for his track āSteppa.ā Buju Banton is the second reggae artist to team up with Roc Nation, with Damian āJr. Gongā Marley being the first. Banton gave some insight into how the Roc Nation deal came about, saying:
āThe connection came about through my association with the great queen, MissĀ RihannaĀ herself. A great guy who works alongside her, Omar Grant, we started working together on small stuff, and the idea came about.ā
