While in Japan, Quavo spotted a fan out on the streets who had on a t-shirt featuring the image of his late nephew Takeoff. While talking to the fan, Quavo got the person to show off the tee. From there, Quavo let the fan know he wouldn’t leave him empty handed, offering to pay the now-shirtless man some money.Â
