According to reports, Nipsey Hussle’s estate has settled with Crips LLC over the “Marathon” trademark.

Nipsey’s brother, Samiel Asghedom, reportedly informed the court of the settlement on Thursday. The late rapper’s estate filed a lawsuit against The Crips LLC back in October after the company attempted to trademark Nip’s slogan “The Marathon Continues.”

The statement also says that the Crips “respectively vow to support the wishes of Lauren London and the Asghedom family.”

“The Marathon Continues” became a popular catchphrase among fans following Hussle’s tragic death back in March 2019. Besides naming his clothing store after the slogan, he also named two mixtapes, The Marathon (2010) and The Marathon Continues (2011), after it as well.
