Nelly and Ashanti Reportedly Expecting Their First Child Together

Ashanti and Nelly sparked rumours of a pregnancy at his annual Black and White Ball in St. Louis over the weekend after a video surfaced of Nelly rubbing Ashanti’s stomach. 

Now, a source close to the couple has told Us Weekly that the two superstars are expecting a child together. If true, this will be Ashanti’s first child. Nelly, 49, shares daughter Chanelle, 29, and son Cornell Haynes III, 24, with Channetta Valentine. Ashanti and Nelly have had a whirlwind romance after reconnecting in April after previously dating on and off from 2003 to 2013.
