Wale recently made time to part from his musical endeavors so that he could catch up with Meek Mill, and the long-time affiliates couldn’t help but engage in some friendly competition while they were in one another’s company.
The DMV rapper touched down in Philly just to pull up for a chat with Meek, and thankfully, all looked well with the Philly native. “I promise you he was in here meditating, man. Zen master,” Wale said in a video he posted on Instagram to share about the encounter with fans. Not long into the visit, Wale found himself testing out just how fit Meek was getting during his time behind bars in Chester, Pa. Fans will recall Kevin Hart pointing out what was on the mind of many when he joked about how much weight Meek had put on when they linked up at a Sixers playoff game on his first day out. But in more recent days the Dreamchasers rapper appears to have slimmed down.
In Wale’s recording, the two got down for a light little workout, but before they descended for a round of push-ups, Meek had to put him on to proper form.
