Logic announced that last summer’s No Pressure would be his final album but, after less than a year since the project dropped, Logic announced his return in Michael Jordan fashion.

Copying Jordan’s famous 1995 “I’m Back” fax, Logic’s post announcing his return read almost verbatim to the NBA great’s letter.

“The following statement was released today by Logic, through his attorney Paul Rothenberg Partner of Rothenberg, Mohr & Binder, LLP located in NYC, in response to questions about his future career plans: ‘I’m back,'” the letter read with a caption that announced a Friday release. Since his retirement, Logic has been spotted making beats on Livestream. In addition, multiple collaborative tracks with Madlib have surfaced online as the Maryland rapper has teased a MadGic project. So far, “Mars Only Pt. 3,” “Mafia Music,” and “Raddest Dad” have been released from the rumoured album. When Michael Jordan returned from his first retirement, he shared a fax that simply read, “The following statement was released today by Michael Jordan, through his personal attorney and business manager David B. Falk, Chairman of Falk Associates Enterprises, Inc. (‘FAME’) located in Washington, D.C., in response to questions about his future career plans: ‘I’m back.'”
