Kodak Black is set to remain in custody for at least another month as a final hearing regarding the revocation of his supervised release was held recently.

The court documents revealed that Judge Jose E. Martinez postponed the decision for four weeks, with the next chance for release scheduled on February 21. The charges initially involved cocaine possession but were changed to oxycodone possession and probation violation after a December 2023 arrest. Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, filed a motion seeking dismissal, claiming his client had a prescription for the painkillers, challenging the officer’s observations, and criticizing the alleged abuse of power.
