The comedians’ feud had resurged recently in 2024 when Williams accused Hart of being an industry plant and stealing movie roles from him. Years earlier in 2017, Williams had dissed Tiffany Haddish’s comedy career ahead of her and Hart’s 2018 movie “Night School.” Hart had came to Haddish’s defense and aired grievances against Williams.
