Jermaine Dupri and Currensy recently connected with AllHipHop to speak about their joint project ‘For Motivational Use Only Vol. 1,’ and Dupri landed on the topic of music in Atlanta.
While talking about the music scene, Dupri said he saw a decline in the quality of music. Dupri then provided a bright outlook on the musical landscape of Atlanta, saying: “I’m waiting to see if what I’m saying happens because normally, what I’m saying usually happens. Whether it’s from me or somebody else that’s just in the universe. And the universe is probably telling me to say this because there’s somebody that’s getting ready to come out that’s in that space. I hope that’s what happens.”
