Jay-Z released his 13th album ‘4:44‘ last month, and now he has announced a supporting North American tour.  The 31-date trek kicks off October 27 in Anaheim, California. Along the way, there will be additional stops in Las Vegas, Houston, Atlanta, Detroit, Toronto, Vancouver, Chicago, L.A and more
