Jamie Foxx accepted the Vanguard Award for his performance in The Burial at the Critics Choice Association’s Celebration of Cinema & Television: Honouring Black, Latino and AAPI Achievements in Los Angeles. 

This marked the first time Jamie spoke at an awards show since his health scare earlier this year, and he got emotional while speaking about the incident.Â
