Cole announced a new “limited audio series” that will feature unreleased music and a first-hand account of his career.
As detailed on J. Cole’s Instagram, Inevitable is hosted by the rapper alongside his manager Ibrahim ‘Ib’ Hamad and frequent collaborator Scott Lazer. A synopsis for the series teases that it will be a raw and reflective limited audio series that will provide an unfiltered voyage through J. Cole’s life, career, and personal evolution. The series will feature previously unreleased music and see Cole recount “his journey from his early days as a young, aspiring rapper to finally seeing his dreams become a reality, despite the many hurdles and pitfalls he faces along the way.”
Cole shared a trailer for the series on social media, accompanied with an explanation of how Inevitable came together.
