J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series, has become a polarizing figure over the past couple of years as she’s stood in staunch opposition to transwomen identifying as women.

In a recent post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Rowling shared a popular image showcasing the message: “Repeat After Us: Trans Women Are Women.” Rowling simply added, “No,” as an indication of her stance. While the issue continues to be one that Rowling voices her opinion, it hasn’t taken away the popularity of her novels nor the film-adaptations of those works.
