Ghostface Killah shared his thoughts on Drake’s lawsuit against Universal Music Group, brushing off the legal drama and reminding everyone that Hip-Hop was born in the streets, not the courtroom.

Speaking with XXL while promoting his long-awaited album Supreme Clientele 2, the Wu-Tang Clan legend said he wasn’t fully up to speed on the lawsuit but had heard it was tied to Drake’s ongoing battle with Kendrick Lamar and accusations that UMG favoured Lamar. When asked if lawsuits like Drake’s could hurt the competitive edge of Hip-Hop, Ghostface pointed to Drake’s global reach.
