Funk Flex was recently named the creative program director of Hot 97, and now the new PD hopped on Instagram to issue an apology to RZA and Wu-Tang Clan for a reported issue both parties had with each other for years. 

The group previously revealed issues with Hot 97 stemmed from a Summer Jam that the radio station tried to get them to play through an ultimatum. The station allegedly threatened not to play any more of the group’s music unless they showed up to perform at the concert for free.
