Drake took to Instagram to announce that his upcoming album, Certified Lover Boy, will be delayed due to his rehab from surgery.
This is the second time the 34-year-old rapper has pushed back the album. The Torontonian hasn’t revealed many details about the nature of his injury and subsequent surgery, but he did share a picture back in October of his leg in a brace. The star shared the update to his Instagram story Wednesday, saying he plans to release the album later in 2021.
“I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery,” Drake wrote.
